OUR PHILOSOPHY OF DASCHUND BREEDING

Jumping to conclusions can give you leg cramps and make your mind soggy.

Trying to control the lives of others depletes your spirit and makes you boring.

Kindness and humane behavior are great and rare gifts.

Clutter your mind with kind thoughts.

Find the diamond within you - look for the diamonds in others.

What goes around comes around - whatever you send forth will come back and either embrace you or haunt you.

Practice kindness all the time.

Act like an enlightened person.

Behave respectfully toward yourself and toward others.

Be a beacon of light, not a shadow of despair.

If you don't have a dream, you can't have a dream come true.

Speak the truth - always.

Choose your friends well. They will lead you to heights or depths.

Savor Doxie kisses.

Be gentle with yourself, and fair with everyone.

Just because the phone rings doesn't mean you have to answer it.

Tickle a Doxie's belly first thing every morning.

Open your mind (don't worry, nothing will fall out).

Find refuge in the arms of a Doxie.

Angels walk among us - be careful not to smack one around.

Cultivate a grateful, appreciative spirit.

Stop and pet the Doxies.

Behave graciously in all circumstances. (This really annoys your enemies.)

Play at least three hours a day unless you don't have time - then play six hours.

No matter what you do - someone's going to find fault with it.

It doesn’t take much creativity to run others down - it takes great skill to build others up.

Ah yes, my philosophy about breeding Daschunds.

Home of the Happy Hotdogs is located jn Radcliff,  KY near to Vine Grove and Elizabethtown, south of Louisville. We have provided excellent companion Daschunds to loving homes throughout  Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee.

Additionally, we have received numerous inquiries about our puppies from across North America, Europe, Australia, and Africa.

WE DO NOT SHIP OUR PUPPIES.

There are many facets  breeding a really fine Doxie. The most important thing for a prospective family to know about their breeder is this - that the breeder has the best interests of their dogs’ puppies the families the puppies go to, at heart.

Find a breeder you trust.

Do not compromise on this issue.

If you meet a breeder who is not respectful, patient, open with you
- move along.

Educate yourself as best you can with the breed and the issues.
